The house is designed in a modern Santa Fe style, with light colors and predominantly creamy white. accents set contemporary,abstract artworkwith cheerful colors and wooden details. In the middle of the entrance area there is an elegant spiral staircase that leads to the bedrooms on the second living level.
The chic living room flows seamlessly into the modern eat-in kitchen, which brings out the variety of white nuances. Ivory white, mother-of-pearl white, creamy white in combination with dark brown as a contrast create elegant, tastefulRoom design.
Exotic accents and ornaments, noticed on the wallpaper, kitchen wall and decorative details, give an exotic touch and individual charisma. A spacious luxury bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom, which is separated by a glass wall. A vertical garden, which can also be viewed from the bed, provides a fresh touch.
The beach house has a modern garden and a beautiful luxury pool. The outdoor area is decorated with exotic, drought-tolerant plants, such as palm trees and ornamental grasses, which can adapt well to the hot climate. In the evening, the pleasant indirect lighting creates a cozy atmosphere and you can enjoy it quietly on the terrace.
