– 1/2 to Theta Öl
– 1/2 Theta Quark
– 1 No
– 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
And this is how the dough is prepared
1. The first thing you should do is sift the flour and baking powder. This way the banana muffins become even more airy and fluffy. However, you can skip this step if you are in a hurry.
2. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat them with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the other liquid ingredients. These are the oil and the quark. Mix everything together well. Then add the flour mixture while stirring constantly. Finally, stir in the vanilla sugar and bananas with a spoon.
Bake
3. Now get the muffin tin ready because it's time to make the dough to fill in. If it is made of silicone, it is sufficient if you grease it with butter or margarine and you can leave out the typical paper cases. If you use a Teflon mold instead, we recommend paper molds. In both cases you should only fill the molds up to 2/3. It rises during baking and could overflow or the large amount of dough means that it cannot be baked well.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. It's best to switch it on when you start preparing so that you don't have to wait afterwards. Put the banana muffins in the oven. They should be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. To be on the safe side, you can also use a toothpick to check whether the muffins are finished baking. Leave them cool before serving.
