  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • Sea salt

Grill bread

Sift the flour into a large bowl and then mix in the yeast and rosemary. Make a well in the middle of the flour into which you first add the olive oil and then the water. First stir with a wooden spoon to roughly combine everything and then continue kneading with your hands. If necessary, add additional flour or water.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour. Then divide the dough into four parts, press them flat (approx. 4 mm) and then brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
