Traditional bread with tomatoes – The Bruschetta Original
For the classic, all you need is fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. If you like eating raw onions, you can also add some. Otherwise, just cut the tomatoes into very small pieces and the basil leaves into thin strips and mix the two together. Then add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Simply spread this refreshing salad on the slices of bread.
You can also make tomato bruschetta yourself with a few small changes or additions. The snack becomes even more aromatic if the following ingredients are used. If you would rather make your own bruschetta without garlic, simply leave out the clove.
