Recipe with mushrooms

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Fry the garlic in the hot olive oil and then add the chopped mushrooms. As soon as the mushrooms become soft (but still have some bite), season with the thyme, salt and pepper. Thedelicious spreadspread on the bread. Complete!
