  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  4. Place the whole piece of feta in the middle of the baking dish and turn it a few times to coat it with the oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, until the tomatoes are bubbling and the feta is soft and melted.

  7. Pour 3/4 cup of the pasta water into the baking dish and stir to combine.
