Basic recipe:Making French toast is actually super easy. You need several slices of bread (preferably dry bread), milk, butter or oil and eggs. First beat the eggs and mix them with the milk. Soak the bread slices in the mixture for 5 minutes, meanwhile add the butter to a pan and fry the rolls. When done they will be golden brown.

And you need these ingredients forthe delicious recipewith berries, pistachios and grilled peaches: 4 slices French toast, two peaches, 1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pistachios, 1 -2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tsp honey.

Preparation: First prepare the French toast according to the basic recipe, then fry the peaches in a grill pan or on the grill for 2 minutes until they also become golden brown. For the next recipe you will need the following ingredients: for the sauce: 1 avocado, 1/2 lemon, 2 tablespoons tartar sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, for the poached quail eggs: 4 quail eggs, 1/8 cup vinegar, 2 cups water. For the toast: 2 slices of French toast, smoked salmon, peeled cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon red caviar, pea shoots, pinch of salt and pepper.

Preparation: For the sauce: de-seed the avocado, peel it and cut it into pieces. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice well with the avocado. Add the tartar sauce and puree everything until fine. Depending on your taste, add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir. Leave in the fridge.

For the poached quail eggs: Turn the quail eggs over, carefully cut out a small piece of the shell with a pointed, sharp knife (e.g. paring knife) and place the egg in a bowl. Then smear the bread slices first with the avocado mixture, then garnish with the cucumbers, smoked salmon and red caviar. Then place the quail eggs on top and sprinkle with the pea sprouts. With mozzarella and cherry tomatoes

For all cheese lovers, the next recipe presents a delicious variation on the traditional rolls. Ingredients: 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper, 1 avocado, pitted and pureed, 4 slices French toast, 4 eggs.

Preparation: Mix the mozzarella with the cherry tomatoes, basil and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, leave aside for 25 minutes. Preparation: Immerse the raw almonds in water for one night. Optionally, you can immerse them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully remove the skin and rinse the almonds thoroughly. Then put the almonds in a bowl with 1/4 cup of water, add a pinch of salt and puree until the mixture has a consistency similar to ricotta.
