A ham and cheese roll is without a doubt the breakfast classic when things have to be done quickly. Super simple and wonderfully aromatic – our hearty pancakes with cheese and ham are also delicious for breakfast as well as lunch in the office.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 2 Owner
- 200 ml milk
- A pinch of salt
Filling:
- 300 grams of ham, sliced
- 200 grams of Gouda or mozzarella, finely grated
- 150 grams of crème fraîche or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Beat the wheat flour and milk in a bowl with a hand mixer until there are no more lumps in the dough.
- Add eggs and salt and mix everything well.
- Coat a pan with a little oil and fry the pancakes over medium heat.
- Mix the crème fraîche with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Next, heat another pan over low heat and place 1 pancake in it.
- Spread thinly with 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche, top with ham and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Let stand for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Fold the pancake and serve warm.
- Enjoy!

- 180 grams of wheat flour

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 40 grams butter, melted
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 100 grams of baby spinach
- 150 grams of smoked salmon
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh dill, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Mix lemon juice, sour cream and chopped dill in a bowl.
- Place the spinach in a sieve and pour boiling water over it. Allow to cool and then squeeze out as much water as possible. Chop roughly and set aside.
- Whisk milk, eggs and butter in a bowl and add the chopped spinach.
- Process everything with the hand blender into a smooth puree.
- Mix flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the spinach mixture and stir everything into a smooth dough.
- Coat a non-stick pan with oil and heat over medium heat.
- Bake the pancakes.
- For the hearty pancake filling, top the finished pancakes with sour cream, smoked salmon and dill.

- 140 grams of wheat flour
- 3 Owner
- 120 ml milk
- 30 grams butter, melted
- 120 ml carbonated water
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 220 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 100 Grams Peppers-Salami
- 120 Gramm Marinara-Sauce
- 150 grams of mozzarella, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Mix the wheat flour, eggs, butter and milk in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until you get a smooth dough. Cover and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the peppers and mushrooms to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in pepperoni.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Slowly stir the mineral water into the dough and spread about 1/3 of the mixture onto the baking tray.
- Bake for 1 minute.
- Turn the pancake and spread it with about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce. Top with cheese and pepperoni mixture and put in the oven for another minute.
- If you want, you can prepare the hearty pancakes vegetarian and treat yourself to a Margherita pizza, for example.

- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 20 Gramm Butter
- 50 grams of Parmesan, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add the ricotta and half of the Parmesan to the spinach mixture and stir everything together well.
- Spread the pancakes with the mixture and roll them up into a roll.
- Spread about half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and place the pancake rolls in it.
- Spread the remaining sauce over it and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
