Ingredients for 20-25 cookies:

  • 300 grams of fine oat flakes or spelled flour
  • 130 grams of peanut butter
  • 300 grams of granulated sugar
  • 110 Gramm Butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Preparation:

  • Line two large baking trays with baking paper and set aside.
  • Place butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the oatmeal or flour and mix everything into a smooth dough.
  • Form cookies from the mixture and place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

  • 170 grams of oat flour
  • 150 grams of Nutella or hazelnut spread of your choice
  • 110 grams of maple syrup
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Filling:

  • 160 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 Grams Nutella

Preparation:

  • Mix the ingredients for the cookies in a bowl to form a smooth dough and form 16 small balls.
  • Press flat with your hands and make a small depression in the middle with your thumb.
  • Place cookies in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate in the microwave and add Nutella. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture in the middle of the cookies and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
