Chocolate balls
Dark chocolate pearls
Kinder Bueno cake – this is how it works:
Crumble the butter biscuits finely. Melt the butter and mix with the cookie crumbs. Pour the biscuit crumb mixture into a 22 cm springform pan and press firmly with the back of a spoon. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Roughly chop the 6 Kinder Bueno for the filling and melt them in a water bath or in a microwave-safe container. Stir with a spoon and press down lightly so that no large pieces of waffle are left. Remove from heat and set aside.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. In the meantime, beat the mascarpone, ricotta and powdered sugar with a mixer. You need to get a light and foamy mixture.
Whip the cream until stiff and carefully incorporate it into the mascarpone mixture using movements from bottom to top. Also add the melted Kinder Bueno and mix everything thoroughly.
Melt the finished gelatine together with the two tablespoons of cream in a small casserole. Add it to the previously prepared mixture and mix everything well again.
Spread the mixture on the biscuit base and smooth it out. Then let the Kinder Bueno cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Cut around the ring with a knife dipped in hot water and remove it. Place the cake on a cake plate. Unwrap the chocolate bar, cut it in half crosswise and place it around the edge of the cake. Press lightly. Garnish with pralines and chocolate pearls and then serve the Kinder Bueno cake immediately.
Kinder Bueno cake with strawberries
The combination with strawberries and cherries creates a special taste. The refined milk-hazelnut cream from Kinder Buenos really comes into its own. Since the chocolate bars stick out a few centimeters above the cake, you can also spread whole strawberries on top.
Kinder Bueno cake with cream cheese
Here's another variation for the filling if you want to use cream cheese instead of mascarpone:
500 g cream cheese
100g powdered sugar
1 TL for Van
200 g Nutella
300 ml Sahne
150g whipped cream
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add a small jar of Nutella to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating. Add heavy cream and beat until well combined. If desired, also fold in chopped Kinder Bueno bars. Place the filling on the cookie base and refrigerate for 5 hours.
Kinder Bueno cake with sponge base
A sponge cake base is ideal for the Kinder Bueno cake! Plus, it's quick and easy to prepare! To do this, however, you need a fruit base mold that has a hollow after it has fallen. The hazelnut cream goes in there. If you don't have such a baking pan or don't have much time, you can also use a ready-made base.
Ingredients:
For the fruit base (26 – 28 cm):
175g wheat flour
100g sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 Owner
75g soft butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1 level teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
330 g light hazelnut milk cream spread
2 spoonfuls of Nutella
1 Kinder Bueno-Riegel
To make the pattern, pull from the center outwards with a wooden skewer
For the cake base, beat the butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy. Gradually stir in the two eggs, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the salt. Finally, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder alternately with the 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Grease the cake tin and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Bake the cake base for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. First let the baked base cool in the mold and then remove it from the mold once it has cooled down.
Then pour the cream onto the cake base and smooth it out. Melt the Nutella and place it in a piping bag. Draw 4 circles on the cake with the liquid chocolate and then use a toothpick or a wooden skewer to make the pattern.
Idea: Before you spread the hazelnut cream on the fruit base, you can first spread chopped hazelnuts on top.
The pattern looks like a flower after you draw the lines from the outside to the inside with the wooden skewer

Recipe for Kinder Bueno Cake (without baking)
And here's another quick no-bake cake recipe. It almost looks like a Kinder Bueno in XXL format! In addition, you don't need a cake pan, but two plastic bottles of 1 liter each and a piece of adhesive tape.
First, cut off the top part of the plastic bottles to make two cylinders. Then cut a strip about 7-8 centimeters wide lengthwise, creating a shape that resembles a car tunnel.
Now place the plastic cylinders inside each other so that they overlap each other by a few centimeters. Secure the structure with tape and turn the shape over with the open side up.
For the filling you will need:
10 Kinder Bueno-Riegel
400 ml whipped cream
100 g Nutella
500g milk chocolate, melted
100g white chocolate, melted
Kinder Bueno cake – this is how it works:
Beat the cream with the mixer (stirring rods) until stiff, add the Nutella and mix with the mixer until the cream takes on a uniform color.
Fill a third of the mold made with plastic bottles with the cream. Place two Kinder Bueno bars in the middle of the mold and pour the rest of the cream up to the edge. Finally, place six Kinder Bueno bars down on the cream and press lightly. Now put the whole thing in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove the cake from the freezer, remove it from the plastic bottle mold and place it on a rack to allow the glaze to drip off. Now pour the melted milk chocolate evenly over the dessert. Let stand for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until the glaze has solidified. Then drizzle the white chocolate onto your artwork. Finally, break the last 2 Kinder Bueno bars into pieces and place them on top of the dessert as decoration.
