Healthy and satisfying cocktails with oatmeal
If you want to offer your children a healthy and rich drink without adding sugar, you can prepare the following cocktail with oat flakes and natural fruit sweetener:
- 1 ripe banana
- 300 ml milk (alternatively rice or soy drink)
- 300 ml light grape juice
- 1 tbsp fine whole grain oat flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Grapes for decoration
- Desiccated coconut
Puree the sliced bananas with half of the grape juice and add the oat flakes and milk. Mix everything for about a minute. Dip the glasses with the drinking rim first into the lemon juice and then into the coconut flakes. To decorate the cocktail glasses, you can skewer a few grapes onto a wooden stick and place it across the edge of the glass.
