And if you are a real tiramisu fan like us, then you should make this recipe today! And whothe lemon tiramisuIf you want to prepare it alcohol-free, leave out the limoncello and use lemon juice instead.
Ingredients
Mascarpone-Creme:
- 2 Owner
- 500 Gramm Mascarpone
- 100 grams of sugar
- The grated zest of 1 lemon
- A pinch of salt
Limoncello-Creme:
- 250 ml Limoncello
- The juice of 2 lemons
- Some water
Additionally:
- 250 Gramm Lemon-Curd
- 300 grams of ladyfingers
preparation
- For the mascarpone cream, separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 5-6 minutes until creamy.
- Add mascarpone and lemon zest to egg yolk mixture and stir until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl until stiff and carefully fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Mix the limoncello and lemon juice in a shallow bowl and dip the ladyfingers in it.
- Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of the glasses and top with some lemon curd.
- Spread the mascarpone cream on top and repeat the whole thing again.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- And voilà – your limoncello tiramisu in a glass is ready!
- If you like, you can decorate the dessert with white chocolate or lemon wafers.

Lemon curd recipe
For our Limoncello Tiramisu in a glass you also need lemon curd. Of course, you can also buy it ready-made, but since homemade things always taste better, we have a delicious recipe for lemon curd for you.
Ingredients for about 4 glasses:
- The juice and zest of 5 lemons
- 5 Owner
- 120 grams butter, cold
- 140 grams of granulated sugar
Preparation:
- Bring lemon juice and peel to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
- In the meantime, beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 4-5 minutes to form a white cream.
- Add half of the lemon juice to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pot and let it set at the lowest setting, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve and allow to cool slightly.
- Cut the cold butter into pieces and add it.
- Stir everything until smooth and pour into glasses.
- And that’s it – it’s so easy to make your own lemon curd.
