Required products:
- 2 apples
- 240 ml brewed coffee
- 18-20 Biscotti
- 2 tablespoons Rum
- 5 Owner
- Mascarpone
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- Cocoa powder
Preparation:
- First prepare the apple jam by baking the initially cut apples until they become soft. Set the jam aside.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar with a spoon. Add the mascarpone and beat until smooth. It is important not to use a mixer so that the volume of the mixture is not lost.
- Mix the two creams little by little by folding a few spoonfuls of the egg white into the yolk mixture. If you mix everything at once, there is a risk that the cream will lose volume.
- Prepare 6 glasses in which you will place the cake.
- Crumble the biscotti in half so they collect in the cups.
- Arrange a row of the coffee-soaked biscotti, then the cream. Continue in the same way and finish with the cream.
- Place the tiramisu jars in a cold place outside the refrigerator overnight.
- Decorate the tiramisu glasses with the apple jam.
