So this is a Mediterranean pasta salad that is loaded with Tuscan flavor and tastes quite light. You don't have to make this simple pasta dish based on mayonnaise, although this is usually the case with pasta salads. This makes the dish just as healthy as traditional salads and you can also feed a “crowd” with it.

You can bring the salad to a barbecue, for example, or itwith grilled chickenserve on the side. However, it is also possible to supplement the dish with other cubes of meat to make it even heartier and more filling. The whole thing can also be used as a packed lunch and will definitely save you time and money.

Ingredients

  • 450 g pasta (spaghetti or macaroni)
  • 200 g chopped salami
  • 175g sliced ​​black olives
  • Mini mozzarella balls or sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 175g fresh green peppers, chopped
  • 60 ml virgin olive oil
  • 175g fresh red pepper, chopped
  • Squeezed juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ TL rote Pfefferflocken

preparation

  1. First, boil water in a large pot and add a teaspoon of salt.
  2. Then add the pasta to the cooking water and let it cook until al dente or according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Finally, drain the noodles and pour them into a large bowl.
  4. Start by adding salami, red and green peppers, black olives and mozzarella.
  5. The salad dressing can be easily whisked together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
