Ingredients for the base:
- 110 grams of almond flour
- 50 Gramm Erythrit
- 60 grams butter at room temperature
Cheesecake:
- 220 grams of light cream cheese at room temperature
- 110 sugar-free white chocolate
- 230 grams of Greek yogurt
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 60 grams of vanilla protein powder
- 180 grams of raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 30 grams of melted white chocolate
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a 26 centimeter diameter springform pan with baking paper.
- Mix the ingredients for the crust well in a bowl and knead into a dough with your hands.
- Pour the dough into the springform pan and press it flat against the edge with your fingers.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool.
