Preparation:

  • If you didn't find sugar syrup in the supermarket, you can easily make it yourself at home. To do this, simply heat water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio in a large pot over medium heat and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Allow to cool completely and your sugar syrup is ready.

  • To get a thicker consistency, you can add more ice cream if desired.
  • Pour into the prepared glasses and toast!
