- 240 grams cheddar, grated

Ingredients:
- 1 ready-to-cook organic chicken (approx. 1.5 kilograms)
- 50 grams butter, softened
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 30 ml olive oil
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 1 teaspoon each paprika powder and cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- For the filling, wash the rosemary and pick off the needles. Chop finely and mix with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- To remove the skin from the meat, gently slide a few fingers under the skin towards the abdominal opening.
- Use a teaspoon to gently push the chopped garlic and rosemary butter between the meat and the skin and distribute evenly by rubbing with your hands.

- 4 pork chops
- 30 Gramm Butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped finely

- 60ml water
- 240 ml chicken broth

- 30 grams walnuts, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Gingerbread cheesecake recipe
Crispy gingerbread base and a moist cheesecake with winter spices - this year we are combining two of our favorite treats and baking a gingerbread cheesecake!
Ingredients base:
- 250 grams of gingerbread, without wafers
- 110 Gramm Butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Filling:
- 750 grams of quark
- 200 grams of cream
- 4 Owner
- 100 grams of sugar
- 20 grams of cornstarch
- The grated peel and juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in the microwave and chop the gingerbread in a blender.
- Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and pour into a 26 centimeter springform pan. Press firmly with a spoon and place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and spread evenly over the base.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of whipped cream
- 100 grams of sugar
- 5 sheets of gelatin
- 300 ml Granatapfelsaft
- 1 pomegranate
- The grated zest and juice of 1 lime
Preparation:
- Soak gelatine sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Bring the cream and 70 grams of sugar to the boil in a saucepan and immediately remove from the heat.
- Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it into the cream mixture while stirring.
- Add 150 ml pomegranate and lime juice and whisk.
- Pour the mixture into 6 cups of 150 ml each and chill for 4-5 hours.
- Boil the remaining sugar and pomegranate juice until thick for 5 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- Remove the pomegranate seeds and mix with the lime mixture.
- Pour the mixture onto the panna cotta and serve.
