Put the butter in a saucepan and let it heat over medium heat until it turns a light golden yellow color. Pour the butter into a bowl, let it cool down and put it in the fridge for about 40 minutes. Finely paint the speculoos and cook with the milk, stirring constantly, until the milk thickens. Remove the cream from the heat and stir in the speculaas seasoning.
