Pasta al Limone is a classic Italian pasta dish for which there are many “authentic” recipes. The origin of pasta al limone is controversial, but it is particularly popular in southern Italy and Sicily, regions known for their lemon harvest. A tantalizing testament to the principle of “less is more,” lemon pasta is outstanding and sensational for its simplicity. Each bite delights more than the last: this pasta is simply delicious and it's puzzling how good something so simple, made with so few ingredients, can taste.
