The Rock Explorer of the Designer Studio Vripack is inspired by the durability and robustness of Land Rover and has as a yacht design that impresses quickly. The luxury boat offers a mixture of luxury. Its high, straight bow treats the rough lake with grace, while the low aft offers direct access to the water. This is also only a step away from the main bedroom because the cabin has a fold -out wall. This can turn into a terrace accordingly.
Innovative yacht design with noble elements
Overall, the fast-adjustable steel hull and the aluminum superstructure offer much more interior and outdoor space than mostluxurious boats, including three other guest cabins and a spacious sun terrace with a whirlpool. Thanks to the two 1,000 hp-caterpillar C12 engines, the engine reaches a top speed of 16 knots, a travel speed of 12 and a range of 3,000 nautical miles. This means that the sea can turn into its Mediterranean at home while exploring the sea landscapes.
The luxury boat called “Rock” has through the yacht design, which is therefore considered the SUV of the sea. However, the 24-meter-long boat, which was designed by the Dutch studio Vripack, is alleviated by the warmth of a tactile interior and offers a comfortable adventure. The Rock Explorer was launched at the Cannes Boat Show 2018, where he made his international debut. There the current owner bought him, which was impressed by the extensive, open floor plan and the uninterrupted visual lines.
Feel like at home in the distance
The Dutch design studio Vripack mainly has a creative, holistic and collaborative approach. In combination with the Turkish entrepreneurs “Evadne” and the project managers “Tufan and Brothers”, the result has become robust and spacious. The Rock Explorer offers 44 % more interior and 49 % more outdoor space than an average or similar luxury yacht.
The modern boat is also characterized by a seductive interior design, in which structured fabrics and furnishings form a contrast to maple wood surfaces and angular 3D shapes. It is really an inviting home with a great yacht design. The owner would like to spend many weeks on board and cross the intimate ports of the Mediterranean.
Constant connection to the sea
In addition to an interior that resembles a contemporary loft apartment, the yacht has a high straight sheet to intercept Raue See, and a low rear to facilitate access to the water. This masterfully designed uninterrupted connection to the sea is a consistently important detail, explains Vripack designer Robin de Vries.
The team also added a lot of glass on board with windows in full. Wherever you are on board, these offer unhindered views. The dining area also has one of the largest glass panes on board a 24-meter yacht that offers panoramic view while staying in the owner's cabin. A private terrace also complements the impressive 180-degree view. Three other guest cabins and a whirlpool on the sundeck complete the whole thing.
As already mentioned above, the Rock Explorer reaches a quick maximum speed of 16 knots with its steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. This does a respectable travel speed of 12 knotsluxurious boatalso. This is also powered by two CAT C12 engines with 1000 hp and offers a transatlantic range of 3000 Nm.
