The first craft idea is very simple and is perfect for children too. You will need toilet rolls, paints, brushes, rulers, scissors, pencils and string.

  • First, paint the toilet paper rolls. If you want to create a unique, playful design, you can use different colors for the inside and outside.
  • Once the rolls are dry, draw two parallel lines 1cm apart right in the middle of the toilet roll.
  • Make small cuts on one side of the roll up to the first line to create 6-8 strips.
  • Fold the strips and shape them into points with scissors.
  • Repeat the steps with the second half of the toilet roll, making the same number of strips and being careful not to match the arrangement of the first row, to form a pretty star shape.
  • Take a piece of twine, tie it around the ornament and secure it with a knot.

When making a star, don't forget to use as much glitter and sequins as possible! This will make your Christmas ornament really sparkle.

To make this glittery star, you will first need to flatten a toilet paper roll. Then cut them into 5 slices. Glue the bottom of one disc to the bottom of the next disc until you have all 5 glued together. It's best to use a hot glue gun for this. Once the star is ready, it's time to decorate it for the holidays. You can paint it with glitter paint or cover it with glue and then sprinkle glitter on it. Finally, attach a rhinestone in the middle, tie a ribbon for hanging and you're done!
