Rue is the perfect, flawed protagonist. Zendaya successfully conveys the complexity and fragility that is part of the character Rue. While Rue is often seen in tomboy clothes and looks, the smudged makeup with glitter tears works exceptionally well to express the character's "beautiful chaos."
Tears of glitter and stars
Rue's famous glitter tears were definitely one of the most talked-about makeup looks of the show. All you need is a shimmery purple eyeshadow applied on and under your lids in the shape of a teardrop. For the final touch, you can then decorate your face with self-adhesive stars.

Step 2: Get ready to accentuate the wings with your favorite black eyeliner. The most important thing about this look is that you pull the wings straight outwards rather than upwards.
