Materials required:
- Polygel in the desired colors
- Dual shapes (always included in the polygel nail set)
- Base und Top Coat
- Acrylic brush (also included in the set)
- Slip Solution
- UV lamp for curing
Make your own polygel nails:
- First, prepare your fingernails for the manicure. To do this, shape the nail into the desired shape, remove the cuticle and apply a thin layer of base coat.
- Choose the dual shapes that match your fingernails from the polygel set. Make sure that the tip is neither too big nor too small.
- Press the polygel from the tube onto the nail form and adjust the amount depending on how long you want your nails to be.
- Now distribute the polygel evenly with the moistened brush and the Slip Solution and model it into the desired shape. Since the gel can run out later when you press it, do not apply it all the way to the edges of the tip.
- Then press the Dual Form lightly onto your fingernails and remove the excess polygel on the sides.
- Attach the dual tip with the pinch clamp included in the polygel nail set.
- Allow the polygel nails to harden under the UV lamp for 60 seconds.
- Remove the nail form carefully and slowly.
- Shape polygel nails into the desired shape using a hand file and nail clippers.
- Apply a thin layer of top coat and allow the polygel to cure under the UV lamp for another 30 seconds.
