Warming, slimming breakfast: Creamy chocolate overnight oats to sink your teeth into

There are those days when a healthy start to the morning just doesn't appeal - something sounds much more temptingcreamy chocolate pudding. But we know: A balanced onekeeps us fuller for longer and provides the body with everything it needs for an energetic day. But why choose when you can have both? With a few tricks you can conjure up a breakfast that tastes as good as dessert and is healthy at the same time!

It doesn't take a lot of time, not a lot of ingredients and no protein powder or anything like that, because onesimple- can taste like a dessert – and yet sohealthy and fillingbe like the cereal flakes, which are a real figure superfood. But in creamy onesOvernight-Oatstransformed and with a (healthy!)Chocolate saucetopped, the whole thing tastes like a heavenly dessert. Nobody can really resist that!

Dessert for breakfast? This overnight oats recipe tastes exactly like that

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 40g oat flakes
  • 1 TL
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (generous)
  • 1 TL Honig
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 1/3 banana (large)
  • 1 Tbsp baking cocoa (lots)
  • 50 ml almond milk

Optional:Chocolate chips as a topping

Preparation:

  1. Mix the oatmeal with chia seeds, yogurt, honey and almond milk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the banana and stir in the baking cocoa and almond milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate topping onto the oatmeal mixture. Garnish with chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.

Tipp:Instead ofyou can also use another milk oruse. However, the almond milk provides a delicious nutty taste that goes very well with the chocolate and oat flakes.
