They look so delicious, the apple rings with nut butter, chocolate and nuts - like the perfect healthy andfresh snack alternative to chocolate bars. They are less sweet and more filling, ideal for one persongood afternoon snack– and also the ideal upgrade to my standard snack: apple pieces with nut butter for dipping. So my plan for the next lunch break: prepare apple and nut rings and snack on them all afternoon. I'm already looking forward to it!
