Ingredients
- 16 g green tea with apple and peach taste (e.g. Perfect Day by Paper & Tea)
- 500 ml of water (heated to 80 degrees)
- Grape secco (alternatively: grape juice + sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh peach panes for the set
preparation
- Pour the tea with 500 ml of hot water (heated to 80 degrees) and let it steep for 5 minutes. Then let cool completely.
- Put the ice cubes in a glass, pour the cooled tea over it.
- Fill up with grape secco or the alternative of grape juice and sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh peach panes and serve immediately.
Tip: If you don't find a green tea with apple and peach taste, you can also simply combine a fruit tea with the tastes.
