Made from healthy ingredients you already have at home, this winter ratatouille comes together in a flash and is guaranteed to delight you and your guests - especially on cold days. For this heavenly dish you need: 2 onions, 1 zucchini, 2 carrots, 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin, 200 g savoy cabbage, 100 g chicory, 70 g kale, 50 g butter, 1 pack of tomato sauce and for seasoning white wine or vegetable bouillon, salt , pepper and fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary and oregano. This is how it's done: Quarter the onions, cut the carrots into slices, dice the Hokkaido pumpkin, cut the savoy cabbage into strips, pull the chicory and add the kale. Sauté the vegetables in butter and season with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with white wine or bouillon, add tomato sauce and herbs and cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
