- 250 g Flour
- 125 g kalte Butter

- Knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg and a pinch of salt into a smooth shortcrust pastry. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave forRest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minuteslet.
- Place the dough on a floured work surfaceabout three millimeters thickroll out. Cut out even circles and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place a small amount of nut nougat in the center of each circle.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff with a hand mixer. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice until the mixture is shiny and forms stable peaks. Pour the meringue mixture into a piping bag and pipe small dots onto the nougat filling so that the circles look like little towers.
