These delicious cauliflower buffalo wings are the perfect vegan alternative for anyone who likes it spicy and crunchy!
For 4 portions you need: 600 g cauliflower florets, 200 g panko or breadcrumbs, 80 g flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika powder (sweet), 1 teaspoon onion granules, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 80 ml chili sauce, 80 ml vegan cooking cream, if necessary. Water as needed, (vegan) BBQ sauce. Mix the flour, the vegan cooking cream, the chili sauce and all the spices together and roll the florets in it. Then bread them with the flour and then fry the cauliflower florets in the air fryer until they are crispy. Finally, brush with BBQ sauce and optionally serve with garlic dressing. Simply irresistible!
