Ingredients:
- 50 g
- 200 ml of almond milk
- 1 apple
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
Preparation:
- Wash the apple, core and cut into small cubes.
- Put oatmeal, almond milk, cinnamon and apple pieces in a microwave -safe bowl.
- Mix everything well and put the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts.
- Stir once and heat another 30–60 seconds until the desired creaminess is reached.
- If you like it a little sweeter, you can stir in a spoonful of honey after cooking.
