In Munich a few months ago Bootcamp Baby opened, a boutique studio where we can let everything we want to get rid of: stress, worries and excess energy. The workout goes for a total of 50 minutes, two units on the treadmill, two units of strength training with weights, guided by trained coaches. Every level of performance is welcome. It is right here who is willing to give everything and much more: "It is definitely very exhausting. I think you just have to be in the mood to get out. You come out of it and have the feeling that you have done something right."
