This would mean that many viewers would havenot counted: Alina and Ilias have cleared up all doubts and each othergiven. And, and this may come as a surprise to some, they are still married over 13 months later and, according to their own statements, “happy as day one”.

One day after recording the reunion show in Munich, Alina and Ilias had time to answer all the questions we had for them at GLAMOR: What's it like to jointo apply, fall in love and then get married in front of the cameras? What about the jealousy and the doubts? And most importantly: How are they doing now, months after filming ended?

The two stood byat the center of the action: Alina and Ilias - not least because of Ilias' alleged doubts about who he was more attracted to: Alina or Hanni. After Alina hit the table hard in the dating series on Netflix, Ilias was sure: Alina was his sweetheart. And so nothing stood in the way of a harmonious and happy relationship between the two.

The difficulty with “Love is Blind”: In the Netflix show, you don’t build a relationship little by little, but rather, after conversations where you can’t see each other, you’re only really allowed to face each other when one person proposes to the other has.

And then it happens in no time: the wedding is celebrated within six weeks. AtAlina and Ilias were the only couple who got married on the Netflix show - Hanni and Daniel as well as Sally and Medina did not leave the show as married people, even though they were already standing at the altar. Because of course, you should be sure about getting married. It is not uncommon for couples in “Love is Blind” in other countries to separate again just as quickly as it took them to get married - and the initial love does not survive everyday life.
