- 10ml lemon juice
- 35ml Cranberry Saft
- 35ml red wine

Preparation:
First put a few ice cubes in a high glass. Then add all the ingredients to the red wine and the lemon disc and stir with a long spoon. Finally, carefully and slowly pour the red wine over it and finally garnish with a lemon disc. Perfect for a Galine's Day!

Ingredients (for four glasses)
- 400 ml of water
- 6 EL ROSENSUREP
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of rose water
- 400 ml Rosé-Sekt (z. B."Prince of Metternich Rosé sparkling wine")
- Lime juice
- Unprayed rose leaves
- Leaf gold
preparation
Mix water and rose syrup until the syrup has dissolved. Then add rose water, rose sparkling wine and a splash of lime juice. Fill the sorbet mix into a container suitable for freezer and freeze for at least twelve hours. To serve per glass, put five tablespoons of rose sorbet in a champagne shell and pour in a chilled sparkling wine with 100 ml. Decorate the glasses with rose leaves and some gold leaf.

Crush the strawberries with a bar flap in a cocktail shaker. Then add the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup and five ice cubes. Shake the whole thing vigorously for about 15 seconds and strain the mix into a champagne or wine glass. Now only the rosé champagne and the rose blossom decoration are missing. Complete!

Ingredients
For the drink:
- 50 g Mascarpone (80% Fett)
- 30 ml milk
- 50 ml"Baileys The Original Irish Cream"
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

- 2 spoon biscuit
- 2 electric cocoa powder
- 50 g of fresh strawberries
For the sauce:
- 30 g of sugar
- 50 ml espresso, brewed

- 20 ml Sahne
preparation
For the drink mascarpone, milk, baileys, powdered sugar and TK earth berries, put them in a blender, puree finely and then briefly cold. For the sauce, heat the sugar in a saucepan, deglaze with the espresso, add the cream and pour in Baileys. Stir the caramel sauce for about 3 minutes over medium heat and simmer. Then fill the sauce into a piping bag and let cool. Decorate the walls of the glasses with the cooled caramel sauce and then put the strawberry mass in the glass. Chop the spoon biscuit small.
