- 10 ml orange liqueur
- 30 ml coconut milk

Preparation:
Add all liquid ingredients to the shaker along with an ice cube. Shake until the outside of the shaker freezes. Then strain (if it's not liquid enough, double strain) and then pour into a glass. Preparation:
First, squeeze the pepper berries in a shaker. Then add the remaining ingredients and ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the drink twice through a fine sieve into a whiskey tumbler filled with ice cubes. Finally garnish with a kaffir lime leaf. For the benefit!

- 15 ml honey syrup (mix honey and hot water and stir well)

Preparation:
Place the honey syrup, whiskey and bitters in a glass, add ice and stir well. Slightly twist the orange zest over the glass so that the essential oils are released and add it to the glass as a garnish. Cheers!

- 5 cl Rum (z.B."Botucal Reserva Exclusiva")
- 12 cl hot apple juice
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp homemade spiced butter
- 1 Zimtstange
- 3 apple slices
Ingredients for the spiced butter:
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 g vanilla ice cream with real vanilla
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1 clove
- 2 allspice seeds
- 1/2 tonka bean
Preparation:
First prepare the spiced butter. To do this, slowly heat the butter in a saucepan until it is liquid. Grind the cloves, allspice seeds, tonka beans and cinnamon stick in a mortar and add to the butter. Add vanilla ice cream and allow to cool, stirring constantly so that the spices do not separate. Let it harden in the fridge overnight and stir everything again before serving. To make the drink, mix powdered sugar, hot apple juice and rum in a preheated beaker. Then add the spiced butter, grate some tonka beans over it and serve with a cinnamon stick and apple slices.

- 1L water
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 2 Hibiscus tea bags
- 30 cl coconut milk

- 8 cl"Mangaroca Beaten with Rum"
- edible rose petals
- Raspberry powder
Preparation:
Bring water and ginger to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk and maple syrup and heat gently again over medium heat. Also heat the almond milk and froth it. Then pour “Mangaroca Batida com Rum” into the glasses and pour in the hibiscus milk. Then add the foamed almond milk to the drink. Garnish with rose petals and raspberry powder.

- 5 cl Rum (z.B."Eminente Reserva 7 Years")
- 3 cl "Runny Honey" (klarer Honig)

- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges
Preparation:
For the "Runny Honey" add 1 cl boiling water to 2 cl honey and stir until the honey has completely dissolved. To make the drink, mix together ice cubes, rum, "Runny Honey" and lime juice and strain through a sieve into a wine glass with additional ice cubes. Pour in champagne and decorate with lime wedges if desired. Cheers!
