Why actually live vegan?
Nowadays, more and more people are opting for a purely plant-based, i.e. vegan, diet. Above all, they want to counteract the suffering of animals in factory farming and the progression of climate change. Because the meat industry is one of the main players responsible for global warming.
For many people, however, life without animal foods such as meat and dairy products is almost unthinkable. However, if you want to try out what it's like to live vegan for a while, January is the perfect time to do it.
