Cinnamony, sweet, irresistible: This apple plucked bread tastes even better than cake

Recipe for a heavenly apple-plucked bread

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 110 g Butter
  • 1 cube yeast (42 g)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 400 g Mehl
  • Salt
  • 1 no (m)
  • 500 g apples
  • 1 TL cinnamon
  • 50 g of pecans

Preparation:

1. Warm up the milk lukewarm, melt 80 g butter in it. Stir the yeast with 50 g of sugar smoothly. Knead the flour, 1 pinch of salt, egg, milk and yeast mix with the smooth dough. Cover covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.

2. Roughly chop nuts. Melt 30 g butter. Mix 50 g of sugar with cinnamon. Wash the apples, quarter, core and cut across into thin slices. Roll out the dough on floured area square (approx. 40 x 40 cm).

3. Brush the dough with liquid butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Spread the apples and nuts on top and press down slightly. Cut the dough plate into 25 squares of approx. 8 x 8 cm. Place a greased and floured box shape (approx. 25 cm in length) slightly diagonally and stack the squares upright, if necessary, carefully press together.

4. Leave for another 30 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 180 ° C, circulating air: 160 ° C, gas: level 2) for about 50 minutes. Finally cover with aluminum foil if necessary. Take out and let cool. Tastes lukewarm and cooled.
