In the video in advance: Pasta gratin - super easy to cook
Do you already know the recipe for the viral Baked Feta Pasta? The combination of feta, tomatoes and pasta with a pinch of garlic is simply unbeatably delicious.
TikTok has already brought us some trends. And I don’t just mean fashion and beauty! The platform also has a lot to offer in terms of recipes. Baked feta pasta, for example, is very popular, i.e. baked feta with noodles.
The whole thing is incredibly simple and therefore ideal as a quick after-work snack. Because you only need to cut a few tomatoes and the oven will do the rest. Super tasty and always a hit! Here is the recipe.
Baked Feta Pasta: The easiest recipe ever
If you like feta and tomatoes then you will love this recipe. The feta becomes wonderfully soft and creamy in the oven. Baking gives the tomatoes a sweet flavor and forms an excellent contrast to the spicy feta.

This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 350 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- 1 Pck. Feta
- 250g pasta
- Basil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
And this is how it works:
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and put them in a baking dish (Buy directly from Vorwerk*) give. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Drizzle with a little olive oil over the tomatoes. Salt and pepper.
Tipp:Don't add too much salt at first, the feta is already very salty.
2.Mix with your hands or a spoon so that the oil and spices are evenly distributed over the tomatoes. Remove the feta from the package and place on the tomatoes.
3.Place the tomatoes and feta in the preheated oven and addBake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
4.
Cook pasta in salted water. Depending on the recipe, the pasta is sometimes added directly to the baking dish with a little water. You can do that, but you don't have to. Personally, I prefer to cook the pasta separately.
5.While the pasta is cooking and the tomatoes are in the oven, you can wash and chop the basil.
6.As soon as the tomatoes and feta are ready, take them out of the oven and add the fresh basil. Put the pasta in a sieve and also put it in the baking dish. Mix everything with a spoon, et voilà – done!

Tip: Puree for a smooth sauce
Not a fan of tomato skin? Not everyone likes eating the skin of boiled or baked tomatoes. If you are one of them, you can simply puree the pasta sauce.
To do this, chop the feta and tomatoes with a hand blender before putting the pasta in the baking dish. Then add the pasta and serve the dish with fresh basil.

Modify baked feta pasta: Here's how to do it without tomatoes
Don't you have tomatoes in the house or aren't you big fans of them? No problem, because it also works great with other vegetables. Zucchini or peppers, for example, are particularly tasty.
You can also mix different vegetables together. Simply cut it into small pieces and put it in the oven with the cheese. Instead of olive oil, you can also use chili oil or season the vegetables in a Mediterranean way. There are no limits to your imagination here.
