Make your own broken chocolate: This is how it works
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the selected chocolate bars on it. About 8 bars fit on one tray.
2. Put the tray in the oven at 50 degrees for about 10 minutes to melt the chocolate. Always keep an eye on the chocolate so that it doesn't burn.
3. You can then spread the chocolate with a fork or chopsticks and create a nice gradient in the chocolate.

4. Decorate the melted chocolate with all sorts of goodies so that they stick to it even after it has hardened.
5. Now let the chocolate cool down thoroughly and finally break it into coarse pieces. Packed in transparent bags, the treat looks really pretty.
