Sometimes you just need a dish that is not only delicious but also uncomplicated - and that's exactly what this curry turkey goulash is! It combines the best of both worlds: the hearty charm of a classic goulash with the Asian touch of curry and coconut milk.

Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner that still puts something special on the plate. And the best part? It's super easy to prepare, even for novice cooks, and can be easily prepared in advance or frozen. A real all-rounder for the whole family.

Recipe for a creamy turkey goulash with curry and coconut milk

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 800 g Putenbrust
  • 2 EL Kill
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 TL Curry powder
  • 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • 0.5 bunch of coriander
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut chips
  • Chili flakes if desired

Preparation:

1. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Remove the seeds from the chili, wash and chop finely.

2. Cut the turkey breast into cubes and fry vigorously in hot oil. Briefly fry the chili and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with curry and sweat briefly. Pour in coconut milk and broth. Cover and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes.

3. Wash the coriander, shake it dry and pick off the leaves. Mix the starch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Bind the goulash with it and season again to taste. Sprinkle with coriander, coconut chips and chili flakes if desired.
