Attention cookie lovers: We'll show you a delicious recipe for juicy oat cookies without flour and sugar. Quick to make, super juicy and sooo healthy!

When you read “healthy cookies,” do you immediately think of bone-dry spelled cookies? Then you don't know our brilliant oat cookies yet! Not only are they nice and juicy and extra “chewy”, as real cookies should be, but they are also really healthy!

This is made possible by an ingenious 4-ingredient recipe that does not require any sugar or flour. The secret of the juiciness is the combination of ripe bananas, peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate drops. Every bite is a poem!

Our oat cookies are the perfect “brown banana recipe”. The riper the fruit, the sweeter and fluffier the delicious cookies become.

Ingredients for a baking tray:

  • 2 large, very ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 130 g oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

To prepare:

1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl to form a fine puree and stir in the peanut butter. Then stir in the oat flakes and the sugar-free chocolate drops.Very good chocolate drops with xylitol instead of sugar can be bought from Koro here on Amazon, for example.*

3. Using a moistened tablespoon or ice cream scoop, place the cookie dough onto the baking paper and press down lightly.

4. Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes. The healthy delicacy is ready!

Modify the cookie recipe: It's that easy

You can easily modify the simple 4-ingredient recipe. If you don't have chocolate drops at home, you can simply add chopped chocolate to the dough. White or milk chocolate tastes delicious. Then the cookies are of course no longer sugar-free. Or you can spice up your oat cookies with a handful of chopped nuts, that tastes great too!
