Unlike classic pancakes, they contain less flour and sugar, but a lot of protein made of cottage cheese and eggs. The result? Wonderfully soft pancakes that fill up for a long time without complaining. The best thing: you are made in no time and can be refined with fresh berries, yogurt or honey as you like.
Simple recipe for cottage cheese pancakes
Ingredients for 16 small pancakes:
- 340 g of cottage cheese
- 4 owner
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 25 g of sugar

Preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl.
