Recipe for a yoghurt cake without flour and without sugar

Instead of sugar, we use xylitol for this quick yoghurt cake. I don't know what exactly is xylitol? This is a certain sugar alcohol (E 967), which is also known as a birch sugar and is used as a sugar substitute.

Try too:

Xylitol has around 40 percent fewer calories than conventional household sugar, whereby it is comparable from the sweetness. It costs almost 240 calories per 100 g. Larger amounts of xylitol (already 20 to 30 g) can also lead to digestive disorders such as flatulence and diarrhea.

So - as tasty as our yoghurt cake without flour and sugar may be: Please do not plaster everything at once!

Ingredients for 8 pieces (springform pan, 20 cm diameter):

  • 4 owner
  • 70 g xylitol (exchange 1: 1 for sugar)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 350 g yogurt, Greek
  • 40 g pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 TL Weinsteinbackpulver
  • As desired: powdered sugar for decorating

For example:

  • 7 g Fett

2. Scrape the mark of a vanilla pod, rub off the bowl of the organic lemon-give both together with the Greek yogurt to the egg yolk mass.

3. Mix the pudding powder and baking powder, then add together to the mixture and mix everything.

4. Last but not least, carefully raise the egg whites under the other ingredients until an even dough is created.

5. oven on170 degrees top/bottom heat(150 degrees for air) Preheat. Either grease a springform pan or lay out with baking paper. Put the dough into the mold and distribute.

Tipp:Mix a few berries into the dough or put them on the cake after baking - so the whole thing becomes fruity.

6. Let the cake bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven, fall and let cool. Dust optionally with powdered sugar.
