Children's bar cheesecake: simple recipe without baking

In this cake, young and old make big eyes! Because when children meet chocolate on cheesecake, this can only be a direct hit.

Ingredients for a 20 cm springform pan:

  • 350 g of ramp-grain buttocks
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 10 large children bar (approx. 200 g children chocolate)
  • 500 ml of whipped cream
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 100 g of powdered sugar

For the cast

  • 8 large children bar (approx. 170 g children chocolate)
  • 100 ml of whipped cream

And the cheesecake succeeds as simple as:

1. For the bottom of the cheese cake, the butter biscuits are first crumbled. This is quite fixed with a multi -shredderer or you fill the cookies into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

2. Pour the biscuit crumbs into a bowl and mix with the melted butter. The mixture then in a springform pan lined with baking paper (Like this from Amazon*) Fill and press well so that a solid floor is created.

3. Now roughly chop the children chocolate and melt them over a water bath or in the microwave until the chocolate is completely liquid. Set aside to cool down.

4. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl, then add the melted chocolate and stir well. Whip the cream until stiff and lift about 3/4 of it under the cream cheese mixture. Then put the cake filling onto the biscuit floor and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

5. For the topping, melt liquid cream and children together and pour over the cake that has become solid. Again for1 to 2 hoursPlace in the fridge.

6. Serve the finished cheesecake with the remaining whipped cream and optionally small children's bar pieces. Enjoy it!
