Handy, sweet, Christmassy: These mini cookie stollen belong on every cookie plate from now on.
Stollen is simply part of the Christmas season, but how about a handy mini version? Our mini biscuit stollen bring the typical taste of orange peel, almonds and stollen spice into a sweet, small format.
Perfect for a colorful cookie plate, as a gift from the kitchen or for a little treat in between. These little treats are easy to make and are guaranteed to conjure up a Christmas atmosphere on every coffee table and cookie plate. A recipe that makes Advent a little more beautiful.

Recipe for mini stollen cookies
Ingredients for approx. 75 pieces:
- 300 g Flour
- 100g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 No (M)
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Orangeat
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp stollen spice (buy here on Amazon*)
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. For the shortcrust pastry, mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add egg and butter in pieces. First knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a smooth dough.
2. Chop the orange peel and knead into the dough with the almonds and Christmas stollen spice. Form the dough into 3 rolls (approx. 4 cm ø each). Cool for about 1 hour.
3. Divide each roll into approximately 25 pieces. Shape each piece into an oval loaf, flattening one side with your fingers. Spread on 3 baking sheets lined with baking paper.
4. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 °C, fan oven: 180 °C, gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes, remove and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
