Anyone who throws a big party at Carnival must not miss this recipe for a GEIMM-2 liqueur. Simply made and super fruity.

Take 2? Well, we take 3 ingredients for this recipe and the fruity party schnapps is ready, which makes us indulge in childhood memories. That's a good thing, because the high -proof liqueur is definitely only for adults!

Our homemade GEMM-2 liqueur is not only the absolute hit at parties (and will be the hit on your carnival or carnival joy), but also an original gift from the kitchen. Filled in a pretty bottle, loop drum and self -written label - the perfect souvenir is ready.

Take 2-schnapps yourself: simple recipe

We mix our liqueur with orange or multivitamin juice for the typical fruity. But you can also take mango or pineapple juice. If you use the red fruits from DEMM 2, you can take cherry juice to mix.

You need these ingredients:

  • 200 g NIMM-2-BONBONS
  • 1 l orange juice or multivitamin juice
  • 350 ml water

This is how the preparation succeeds:

1. Unpack the GEIMM-2 candies and put them in a large bowl. Pour vodka over and let them steep for about 10 hours (preferably overnight) until the sweets have dissolved. Stir in between a few times.

2. Then add the fruit juice and stir everything well. Fill the schnapps into clean, hot rinsed bottles (You can find glass bottles with a ironing cap here at Amazon*). Close well and store it in the fridge until you serve. So the liqueur lasts about 3-4 weeks.
