So the pancakes stay warm
If you bake several pancakes and do not want to serve them immediately, there are simple tricks so that they stay warm and soft:
Keep warm in the oven: Place the finished pancakes on a plate and in the oven at about60–70 GradKeep up the top/bottom heat. So that they do not dry out, you can cover them with aluminum foil.
Stack on a plate: A simple method is to put the pancakes directly on top of each other on a plate and to cover with a second plate or a converted pot lid. Due to the warmth of the fresh pancakes, they all stay warm together.
Warm briefly in the pan: If the pancakes have cooled a bit, you can just warm them up again in the hot pan without additional fat.
So they stay warm and delicious until everyone is at the table and can enjoy.
