Recipe: pasta casserole with cheese and ham
My tip: pasta runs can always be expanded with delicious vegetables. Peas, broccoli or grated carrots go really well with this lightning-fast noodle and ham gratin.
Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 The Butter
- 2 The Mehl
- 1 small onion
- 800 ml milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 TL nutmeg
- 1 TL paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 teaspoon vegetable powder powder
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- 100 g Speckwürfel
- 100 g of cooked ham
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 200 g gratin cheese
- Fresh chives
And so the preparation succeeds:

4. Now stir the parmesan and half of the gratin cheese into the sauce. Then mix the ham and bacon cubes with the sauce.
5. Fill the finished pasta into a baking dish and pour the sauce over, mix well. Then sprinkle with the remaining gratin cheese and for approx.25-30 minutesBaked golden brown in the oven. Serve with some chopped chives and enjoy. A fresh salad goes well with that.
