Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 large onion
  • 500 g solid potatoes
  • 400 g Chorizo
  • 1 large can of sauerkraut
  • 1 the butter

  • 1 teaspoon ground caraway
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream

Preparation:

3. Pour in the apple juice and the water and add the spices. Simmer covered for about 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Finally, season again with salt and pepper.
