Christmas time is baking time - but it doesn't always have to be just bakingbe!
This speculoos cheesecake is simply the perfect companion for cozy afternoons with your loved ones.
The crispy base with fine speculoos spice and the creamy cheesecake mixture are simply heavenly. The whole thing is topped with a fruity cranberry topping. The best? It looks like a little masterpiece, but is super easy to make. So, put on your apron, preheat the oven and let's get started.

Heavenly Speculoos Cheesecake: The perfect recipe for Christmas
Ingredients:
- 200 g Flour
- 200g sugar
- 2 teaspoons spice (order here from Amazon*)
- Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 5 Owner (M)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 200g whipped cream
- 220 g cranberry compote (glass)
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, 50 g sugar, speculoos spice and 1 pinch of salt. Knead quickly with butter and 1 egg to form a smooth dough. Place in a greased springform pan (22 cm ø) and press to form a flat base, raising an edge that is approx. 3 cm high. Chill for about 30 minutes.
2. Beat the remaining 4 eggs with a pinch of salt, 150 g sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the quark, sour cream, pudding powder and cream one after the other. Pour the cheese mixture into the mold and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 180 °C, fan oven: 160 °C, gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes.
3. Leave to rest in the switched off oven for about 10 minutes, then remove and let cool. Before serving, stir the cranberries until smooth and spread over the cake.
