Heard claims she was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of the Hollywood star for years. In the new court documents, Heard recounts several incidents in which the actor allegedly became violent under the influence of alcohol and drugs and even threatened to kill her. She refers to this version of Depp as “The Monster.”

In May 2014, the 32-year-old actress claimed that Depp physically assaulted her on a private jet from Boston to LA (in front of witnesses) because he was jealous over a love scene she had filmed with James Franco the day before.
